Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Strawberry Milk Mob pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear must have the protective liner intact to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
